Our story
1991
Giuseppe Colloca founds the company just outside Vibo Valentia to produce aluminium and carbon steel structures for the national market.
1990s
The business expands into aluminium, aluminium-wood and PVC windows and doors.
2000s
ISO 9001 certification follows, with a sharper focus on precision design and production.
2024
The company becomes a limited liability company: BM Colloca S.r.l.
Today
Windows and doors remain the core business, alongside metal structures. Every stage, from raw material to finished product, is overseen by qualified staff.

Inside the profile
This is Dogma 65 TT, Indinvest LT's thermally broken casement series: 65 mm frame, 75 mm sash, 91.5 mm side and 143 mm central sight lines. As you scroll, we take it apart layer by layer.
The thermal break
Insulating strips of 34/30 mm run between the outer and inner aluminium. They break the thermal bridge: in just 65 mm, the frame gets down to Uf 1.5 W/m²K.
Open joint and gaskets
Air and water tightness rely on the open-joint system, with the centre gasket between frame and sash. On the inside, a dual-density EPDM rebate gasket closes the contact.
Glazing and insulating insert
Below the glass edge, an insulating insert fills the sash rebate and limits heat loss. The insulated glazing is held between the sash rebate and the glazing bead, with gaskets on both sides.

Where heat flows
As in the data sheet's analysis, the isotherms show the temperature drop concentrated in the thermal break: cold stays out, warmth stays in.
